Vanilla Kitchen opened its door in April 2006 – inspired by the dream of Louise Sharpe who hoped to create a thriving, buzzy café, enjoyed by both local people and visitors.

Good cooking is in Louise’s family – her mum runs a busy kitchen in Nottinghamshire and Louise has previously worked for Hilton Hotels and Sutcliffe following her catering training.
