Woodhouse cottage is situated in the delightful village of Tideswell which is located in the heart of the Peak National Park and is an ideal base from which to explore the many attractions in this lovely part of Derbyshire. Bakewell, Buxton and Castleton are only a short drive away and the splendid Chatsworth House and farm shop are within a 15-minute drive.

Our accommodation is cosy and welcoming and enjoys a peaceful setting in this lovely village. The accommodation comprises of a shower room/bathroom (sorry no bath), a compact but well equipped kitchen. The bedroom is beamed with a king-sized bed, luxury bed linen and fluffy towels.

A lovely sitting room with TV, DVD player, selection of games, DVD’s and books for those searching for some quiet time. An exposed gallery area overlooks the sitting room where you may wish to enjoy the morning sun or simply eat your breakfast.

The secure garden is on spilt levels and benefits from a patio area where one can enjoy the beautiful views of Tideswell, or watch the sun set with a glass of wine.

Things to note

Woodhouse cottage is a non-smoking property and regret that we do not take pets, but muddy boots and bikes are welcome!
